Ronald M. Stohler

Director, Leadership Development

Ron Stohler brings a rich professional background to CHORUS with leadership responsibilities in a Fortune 500 company, a large not-for-profit, and as the sole proprietor of a small business. His breadth of leadership acumen affords him a deep and quick understanding of our clients’ challenges, and his servant mindset builds long-lasting professional and personal relationships.

The first decade of Stohler’s career was spent with three different business units of the DuPont Company, specializing in public affairs and marketing communications, and building experience in strategic planning, evaluation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional teamwork. He then devoted the next 21 years to leadership in the not-for-profit world, applying his for-profit experience to build an organizational emphasis on mentoring, team/individual assessment and development, and nurturing a coaching culture across the enterprise. Just before joining CHORUS, he built a profitable enterprise despite the COVID pandemic.

Stohler has served on the board for Safe Families for Children, helped launch Hands of Hope Orphan Care and Adoption ministry, mentored young professionals through EDGE Mentoring, and currently serves an elder on the board of his local church. He holds a BA in Mass Communications from the University of Delaware and an MA in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary, is a certified Hallmarks of Excellence® Coach, and is an Associated Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.

Since 2006, he has competed in over 50 sprint, Olympic-distance, and half-Ironman triathlons.
