Beth Bertino brings unique talent for organization and multi-tasking to the CHORUS team, managing the myriad of details required for effective client engagements.
Prior to CHORUS, much of Bertino’s career was dedicated to consulting for international pharmaceutical companies, including a Fortune 500 firm, traveling the world to train teams in customized clinical trials. As a senior compliance project manager, she developed standard operating procedures and trainings, and evaluated compliance systems.
Her collaboration and operations expertise then led to a position as senior director of human resources for a regional non-profit with 120 employees.
Bertino has also served as a college teacher of English as a second language in China. Between her teaching and pharmaceutical career, Bertino has traveled extensively in Europe, Asia, and South America, favorite destinations including Machu Picchu and Venice.
A native of the Philadelphia area, Beth holds a B.A. in Organization Management from Eastern University, and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Lee University with TESOL certification.
Bertino is married to Paul Ruda, and they make their home in Fishers, Indiana.
